Please read these terms carefully before engaging with RHFzipper's manufacturing services. These terms govern our OEM/ODM partnership and product supply.
01 Agreement to Terms
RHFzipper ("Company", "We", "Us") provides premium zipper manufacturing solutions, including OEM/ODM services, to global brands and partners. By placing an order or engaging our manufacturing services, you ("Client", "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
With over 19 years of excellence in the industry, we are committed to delivering high-quality products compliant with international standards. These terms ensure clarity and mutual protection in our business relationship.
02 Manufacturing & Customization
We specialize in producing high-quality zippers using materials including Zinc Alloy, Brass, Stainless Steel, Nylon, and POM Resin. Our services include:
- OEM/ODM Solutions: Custom design realization from concept to mass production.
- Precision Engineering: Manufacturing with ±0.1mm precision tolerance.
- Performance Testing: Adherence to 100kg peak pull force standards.
- Eco-friendly Options: Recycled materials and antibacterial treatments available.
* Custom specifications must be agreed upon in writing prior to production commencement.
03 Compliance & Standards
RHFzipper maintains strict quality control protocols utilizing our 433 specialized machines and experienced QC team. We guarantee that our products comply with the following international standards where applicable:
Our internal testing includes 1000-hour salt spray tests for metal components and -40℃ cold resistance tests for resin products. Clients are welcome to request specific third-party testing reports for their orders.
04 Orders & Payment
- Quotations: All price quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified, subject to raw material market fluctuations.
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): MOQs may apply to custom orders (OEM/ODM) and will be specified in the quotation.
- Payment Terms: Standard terms require a deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due prior to shipment, unless a credit agreement is in place.
- Cancellations: Orders for custom-manufactured goods cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
05 Intellectual Property
We respect the intellectual property rights of our global partners, including Dior, YSL, Fila, and others.
Client IP: Any designs, molds, or specifications provided by the Client remain the sole property of the Client. RHFzipper agrees not to use Client-proprietary designs for other customers or third parties without explicit permission.
RHFzipper IP: Any proprietary manufacturing processes, standard mold designs, or technical improvements developed by RHFzipper remain our property.
06 Limitation of Liability
While we strive for perfection with our 98% automation rate and rigorous QC, RHFzipper's liability for any defective products is limited to the replacement of the goods or refund of the purchase price. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Claims regarding product quality must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
